Agency FAQ

Five questions agencies ask before they wire it in.

Straight answers on pricing, what a finding looks like, who reviews the auto-PRs, how the weekly digest cadence works, and how to disconnect a property.

How does pricing scale for an agency managing multiple properties?

Agency tier is metered on properties under watch — not seats. Every customer domain your agency wires in counts as one property; you get cross-property roll-up dashboards and a named operator contact from day one. Upgrade or downgrade any time; pricing is pro-rated to the day on Stripe.

What does a finding actually look like?

A finding is a classified regression: a redirect loop, a missing canonical, an INP spike, broken schema markup, or a drop in inbound internal links — all diffed against the last-known-good baseline captured on the previous deploy. Each finding carries a severity, the exact URL path, a confidence score, and the full before/after diff the worker used to classify it.

Who reviews the auto-PRs before they land?

Your team does. Crawlwren opens a draft pull request against the branch of your choice (fix/seo-* by default) — it never merges without a human approval. The PR includes the proposed diff, a regression test, and a changelog entry. You review it exactly as you would any engineer-authored PR; merging triggers a re-verification pass that closes the finding with evidence.

How does the weekly digest cadence work?

Every Friday the worker emails a single digest to every owner subscribed to that property: what regressed, what PR was drafted, and what closed on merge that week. There is no separate app to check — the dashboard is a side effect, not the destination. The digest is the primary interface.

How does an operator disconnect a property?

Open the operator dashboard, navigate to the property you want to remove, and click Disconnect. The worker stops crawling immediately; the GitHub App installation scope for that repo is revoked within the hour. No data is retained beyond 30 days after disconnection. You can reconnect at any time — the baseline rebuilds from the next deploy hook.
